The Acting Minister of Higher Education issues necessary guidance and recommendations to the central directorates and the officials of public universities to strengthen the academic system

The Acting Minister of Higher Education, Honorable Sheikh Al-Hadith Mawlavi Nida Mohammad Nadeem, in a meeting held at the leadership hall of the ministry, attended in person by directors of central directorates and online by officials of public universities, gave essential guidance and recommendations regarding the strengthening of the country's academic system and the implementation of necessary reforms in universities.
The honorable minister spoke about the role and responsibilities of universities in society and said,
“The Islamic Emirate has placed great trust in us and entrusted us with the responsibility to strengthen the academic system in order to ensure progress.”
He further emphasized to the directors of central directorates and university officials that in addition to daily administrative duties, they are also responsible for bringing necessary reforms to the universities and contributing to the country’s foundational development.
He emphasized enforcing the law on Enjoining Good and Forbidding Wrong and following the guidance of the esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin may Allah protect him, urged university officials to regularly review the curriculum and ensure students are educated in line with Islamic values, national culture, and traditions.
To sum up, the Acting Minister of Higher Education listened to the requests and concerns of academic institution officials and assured them that efforts will be made to address and resolve their issues.
