د هرات پوهنتون د دوېیم ځل لپاره په لاندې څانګه کې د ۱۴۰۳هـ.ش کال لپاره د دوکتورا، ماسټرۍ او لېسانس په کچه علمي کادرونو ته اړتیا لري:

داوطلبان کولای شي، چې د 1403/6/24هـ.ش څخه تر 1403/7/5هـ.ش پورې یادو علمي کادري بستونو ته د نوم لیکنې په موخه خپلې غوښتنپاڼې (علمي کادر ته د شمولیت فورمه) ډکې، په ملي ژبه د نمرو اصل ټرانسکرېپټ او د وزارت له ویبپاڼې څخه د همدې اعلان کاپي چې (د لوړو زده کړو وزارت نشراتو ریاست یا د یاد پوهنتون لخوا تایید وي) او د خپلې تذکرې له کاپي سره یوځای اړونده پوهنتون ته وسپاري.
