A student is the central pillar of a country's higher educational system.
The above statement was made by the Acting Minister of Higher Education, Honorable Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Nida Muhammad Nadeem, during an online meeting attended by several directors of central directorates of the ministry and officials from central educational institutions, addressing the leadership of Emirate educational institutions.
The Acting Minister of Higher Education complimented the leadership of the Islamic Emirate for its special attention to the country’s educational institutions and praised the efforts and achievements of officials of Emirate educational institutions. He emphasized that students are the central point of the Emirate and in particular, of the educational system. He added that everyone has a responsibility regarding their curriculum, class attendance, nutrition, stipends, and hostels. He urged everyone to fulfill their duties effectively to prepare a future generation committed to Islamic and national values, and provide true servants to the society.
latter, the attendance statistics report for some students from various educational institutions for the autumn semester of the year 1403 (Annu Hijri Solar) was presented, along with a report on the existing issues in dormitories and teaching hospitals affiliated with the ministry. These reports were presented to the participants by Mawlavi Ahmadullah Hamad, Director of the Academic Affairs, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Qari Muhammad Saliman Sharifi, Director of the Ministry's Office.
Afterward, Engineer Sardar Wali Salehi, Director of Academic Program Development at the Ministry of Higher Education, and the Acting Chancellor of Kabul Polytechnic University presented a prepared presentation on improving educational activities in academic institutions.
