The time has now come for us to join hands and make tireless efforts toward achieving academic self-sufficiency for our beloved country, guided by our Islamic and national values. To build a self-reliant Afghanistan, it is essential to invest in our higher education institutions in ways that meet both national and international standards, ensuring that they effectively respond to the needs of our society. Job Responsibilities and Competencies: Specialized Duties: Performing specialized oncology procedures; Supervising the treatment and care of inpatients and outpatients by specialized and junior doctors; Supervising and evaluating the affected departments and encouraging the doctors of the relevant services; Compiling and translating new scientific works. Coordination Duties: Cooperating in the practical work of students and interns in order to improve their capacity; Participation in reports, breakfast visits, OPD and IPD patient visits and participation in the tumor board; Preparing work schedules for relevant service doctors; Participating in scientific and educational conferences in order to educate and inform about new methods and modern medical technology; ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Employment conditions (educational level, work experience and skills): This job description has been prepared in accordance with Articles (7 and 34) of the Civil Service Personnel Law with the following minimum conditions and criteria: Educational field: Minimum bachelor's degree (MD) in one of the health sciences and having a specialization certificate in the relevant field. Higher educational degrees from national and international institutions inside or outside the country are preferred; Work experience: Relevant, from national and international institutions inside and outside the country, under the following conditions: (Management and specialization as stated in the job description and responsibilities of this position) At least one year for a specialist in the relevant field; Or (one of the managerial or specialized experiences listed in the job description and responsibilities of this position) at least five years. Skills: Fluency in one of the official languages ​​(Dari or Pashto) and familiarity (writing and speaking) with English, computer skills in programs related to the job.
