The leadership council was held under the chairmanship of the Acting Minister of Higher Education, Sheikh ul Hadith Mawlavi Nida Muhammad Nadeem. In his opening speech, the acting minister highlighted the recent advancements of the ministry and emphasized the continuous efforts and work necessary for the strengthening and expansion of higher education.

He further mentioned that the Ministry of higher education is committed to using all possible measures to ensure the standardization and improvement of educational institutions.

Additionally, a brief review of the decisions made in the previous council was conducted. In accordance with the agenda, discussions were held among council members on the organizing of capacity-building seminars for lecturers and students during holidays, obtaining medical licenses and specializations from medical sectors in the United Kingdom, and other topics. Necessary decisions were made regarding these matters.
