The newly appointed Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs introduced to the ministry's employees and officially commenced work

The ceremony, which was held on this occasion in the general hall of the Ministry of Higher Education, attended by the acting minister of higher education, the leadership team of the ministry, the director general of the Administrative Office, several directors of the central directorates, and employees of the Ministry of Higher Education.
At the outset, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Nida Mohammad Nadeem, the Acting Minister of Higher Education, referred to the principles and criteria for appointing individuals to official positions in early Islam. He stated that changes and transfers within an Islamic system are an accepted principle.
“The appointment of individuals is carried out by the leader based on necessity, and the interests of the system, and all officials must obey and be content with their new positions,” He further added.
He also expressed gratitude for the services of Dr. Lutfuallah Khairkhwa, the former Deputy Minister of the Academic Affairs, and wished success to Mr. Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Al-Aryobi, the new Deputy Minister for the Academic Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education, in his resposibilities.
Later, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Noor-ul-Haq Anwar, the Director General of the Administrative Office, emphasized the importance of the education sector in the development and progress of the country. He stated that in an Islamic system, responsibilities are entrusted as a trust, based on the skills of individuals, by the leader. He described Sheikh Al-Aryobi as an experienced person and wished him success in his new responsibilities.
In conclusion, Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Al-Aryobi, the newly appointed academic deputy minister of the Ministry of Higher Education, expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him by the leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He outlined his work plans, which include strengthening the quality of educational institutions, religious universities, enhancing academic research, reviewing and developing curriculum, strengthening infrastructure, and improving other sectors. He promised to work diligently, in full coordination with the leadership of the Ministry of Higher Education, to fulfill the assigned tasks.
It should not be left untold that Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Al-Aryobi's former position was the Deputy Minister for Planning and Policy at the Ministry of Mining and Petroleum.
