Afghanistan ministry of higher education

A Video conference held between Ministry of Higher Education, NATO in Brussels, Kader House University of Istanbul and Herat University.

This conference under the title of Afghanistan students gathering held in Istanbul from 17 to 22 October and the students have participated also from Canada, Central Asia and Pakistan.
In 3^rd day of conference they asked their questions from the Ministry of Higher Education authorities, Herat University, NATO and received the answers.  
The aim of this conference concentrated more on analyze of youth generation from the situation of Afghanistan, NATO roles at this context and it’s cooperation for the higher education of Afghanistan.
Administrative deputy, chancellor of Polytechnic University and director of Information Technology of Ministry of Higher Education have participated to this video conference from hall conference of Ministry of Higher Education.
Administrative deputy Prof. Kheshkay in his speech appreciated from the Afghan students’ resident at Istanbul which gathered and thinking about Afghanistan and thanked from the peace and security program of NATO which was supported this conference.
It is mentionable, which it was the first video conference from the ministry of higher education with internal Universities and abroad of Afghanistan, which equipments, facilities and internet was provided by silk road project of Afghanistan, and it is plan in the future to use from these facilities for sessions whit internal and external Universities, internal and external conferences, teaching between Afghanistan Universities and abroad Universities.
