Dr. Mohammad Azam Dadfar, Minister of Higher Education

Dr. Mohammad Azamd Dadfar is born 12/06/1946 in Andkhoy District.  After graduation from High school, he has got admission in Medical faculty Kabul University. In the year 1973 He graduated form Medical faculty. From 1974 to 1978 as a Teacher in Medical faculty kabul university, from 1986 to 1992 Head of Afghan Refuges Health Center in Pakistan, in 1992 advisor of Red Cross (Geneva), from 1995 to 1996 Member of Reconstruction Knowledge Committee Afghanistan in Homburg, from 1999 to 2002 as a sorter Medical affairs in south of Afghanistan, from July 2004 to December 2004 Help with Human rights commission, from 6 April 2004 to December 2004 Minister of  Return and Refuges , From may 2006 until Minister of Higher Education and so Member of afghan refuges in Germany and so now member of help organization to support afghan schools in Afghanistan and so he write articles in the year 1999 about refuges and healthy problems the peoples of kabul.

Professor: Soray Paikan Deputy  Minister of Higher Education

Professor Soray Paikan is born in 1961 in Jawzjan Province and she is Graduated in 1352 form Khadija Jaljani High School, and she Graduate in 1987 from Political science faculty and she has got Master Degree in international Political and now candidate for PhD, in 1359 as a Teacher in Sultan Razia High School, from 1371 to 1375 as a Teacher in Political faculty of Balkh University and from 1381 to 1385 as a Teacher faculty of Political kabul university and so political assistant Human rights commission UNAMA office and also about women rights and assistant human rights and right now she is Deputy Minister of Higher Education and she speaks Dari, Pashto, English, Russian an Uzbek languages.

Professor: M. Sabir Khishky Deputy  Minister of Higher Education

 

Professor: M. Sabir khishky son of Fazal ahmad khishky is born in 1947 and He graduated from Rahman BaBa High School and He has got Master Degree in literature faculty of kabul university, in 1345 Head of literature faculty of kabul university, in 1363 administrator of Kabul Magazine, in 1382 Assistant of literature faculty of kabul university, from 1383 Until Deputy Minister of Ministry of Higher Education and also He speaks Dari, Pashto and English Languages.
